Thanks 🙂. The Spine URP 2D shaders should currently support the complete URP 2D feature set, if you discover anything that is not working but works with Unity's URP 2D shaders, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Basically the Spine URP 2D shaders were considered done until we recently were told that URP does indeed support multiple passes (at least in the recent few versions). So we will add outline support as a second pass to all URP shaders, just as provided for the normal shaders.
