Images dissappearded

imported a JSON file into Spine from Photoshop. After that, I made some edits to certain parts of the assets and saved over the original folder where the images were previously exported.
When I opened the project in Spine again, my images disappeared. However, when I hovered over the slots in the tree panel, the images briefly showed up. But once I moved the cursor away, they disappeared again.
Why are my images missing, and how can I fix this issue? Thank you!
