warmanw I remember writing about this before but I can’t find the thread. In setup pose, linked meshes are hidden, so when I import them into a new skeleton they get distorted Should I send the project, or is this a known issue?
Misaki warmanw Thank you for reporting the issue. In this video, several things are hidden, and the steps are somewhat complex, so I can't clearly identify the cause. We would be grateful if you could email us a project that reproduces the issue: contact@esotericsoftware.com I'm not sure if it's related, but there is a known issue with animation import in 4.2: EsotericSoftware/spine-editor826

warmanw I found the solution for this case. The issue gets solved once meshes are active at the setup before importing to another skeleton
warmanw There is another nuance want to add to this thread to those who face it If project contains linked meshes make sure original mesh is visible in the setup pose and not linked instance
